* Pickleball Account Details

• A Junior Account is under 18 or any full-time student under the age of 23
• A Family Account includes legal family members 18 years or younger who live at the same address
  
• Sign-up Group replaces the indoor Playtime Scheduler “sign-up/drop-in” sessions
• There is a one-time $2 administration fee for all accounts
• Year price reflects 1 month free for paying annually up front
• Once a calendar year monthly accounts may pause for a maximum of 3 consecutive months
• Upon signing up, you will be emailed a personalized access code for the club entrance door within 24 hours
• All accounts automatically renew until canceled
• You may cancel, pause or change your account at any time for any reason, call 515.815.1018
• You are responsible for keeping your payment method (credit or debit) date current.  If you have insufficient funds or an expired card more than three times in a calendar year, we will charge a $10 service fee per declined transaction.

We operate on an honor system. 

We want to keep our costs to players as low as we can, so we operate on an honor system with court reservations. While we do not typically staff the club, we will periodically have staff stop in to greet players, and we’ll do regular checks of our security footage and key-code records to make sure people are following club guidelines for play. 

We reserve the right to remove any player if they are found to be disregarding payment guidelines.

Additionally, if you have a Premium pickleball account who reserves court time, but you do not show up to play, you will be charged for court time at the Public rate. If this occurs a second time, your account will be changed to a Public one for 2 months before going back to Premium. Premium pickleball account holders who sign up for Sign-up groups but don’t show up to play will be charged the standard account rate for the group time.

Sign up/Drop-in Groups

Various sign-up/drop-in sessions are geared towards certain skill levels to make it most enjoyable for people. If you are uncertain of your skill level, a club representative could assist with an assessment based on USA Pickleball's guidelines and an understanding of our club's sessions typical level of play. Relatedly, a club assessment may be required to attend higher level sessions.
