*To reserve a court you must have a free or paid account through CourtReserve.

  1. Account holders can visit the CourtReserve portal page or log into their CourtReserve mobile app. *Don't have an account yet? Create one in our CourtReserve reservation system-- simply click the box on the upper right of this PORTAL PAGE labeled "CREATE ACCOUNT".
  2. Fill out all required fields and choose your Account Type- even if it's just a FREE "PUBLIC TENNIS & PICKLEBALL" account.
  3. In the upper right-hand side of the home page, click “Reserve Court”

Cancel Your Account Anytime


All accounts automatically renew until canceled.

If you are charged monthly you may cancel at any time for any reason.


Court Reservation Cancellation


If you cancel your court time within 12 hours of your reservation, you will still be charged for your court time. If you cancel due to extenuating circumstances (such as illness or weather) please contact pickleball@harvestvc.org.


You will not be charged for your court time if you cancel before the 12-hour window.
